By accessing or using aeImgAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use aeImgAI's platform for personal or commercial fashion generation according to your subscription plan. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on aeImgAI's website.
• Use the service to generate deepfakes or non-consensual imagery.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the clothing images you upload. By uploading content, you grant aeImgAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI imagery.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the necessary rights to use and process such content.

4. Credits and Expiration

Subscription-based credits are issued monthly and must be used within the same billing month; they do not roll over to the next period. Additional credits purchased via Pay-As-You-Go are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase. It is the user's responsibility to monitor and utilize credits before they expire.

5. Commercial Rights

Images generated on paid plans (Momentum, Velocity, Infinity) include full commercial usage rights. Images generated on free or trial plans may be subject to watermarking and restricted to personal usage only.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on aeImgAI's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. aeImgAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall aeImgAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on aeImgAI's website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
